Returns & Refund

1. Does Aprilis offer returns and exchanges?

Yes. If the item you ordered arrived in a damaged/defective condition, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is still available. If an eligible item is out of stock, we cannot replace it. In this instance, a refund will be issued.

2. Which items are returnable?
You may return most new, unopened items sold by Aprilis within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

3.How can I return an item?

We're so sorry to hear that it's not working out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase made through the Aprilis Website, we are happy to let you know that you may apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving your products.

To return an item, please contact us first. Please provide us with your order number and send us a picture or video showing the defect(s). We will respond to you within 3 working days.

4. How do I get a refund?

1) Shipping fees, return shipping fees, gift packaging, final sales and other charges (as applicable) are not refundable.

2) All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If for any reason we are unable to issue to the original method of payment, refunds will be issued via PayPal.

3)   After we issue a refund. Kindly allow up to 12 business days from the delivered date for the refund to be processed.

4)  Please note that we do not incur the cost of return shipping fees.
